Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to offer a refund if your product is faulty.
Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll refund the full cost of the product, including any return shipping fees.
If you’d prefer an exchange, we’ll gladly arrange one depending on the availability of the same item.

Please note:

Because each item is personalised and made to order, we can only accept returns for faulty products – not for changes of mind or personalisation errors provided as entered by the customer.

Sale items are non-refundable.

My Little Koala shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from improper, negligent, or unintended use of the product.

The company is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, exposure to heat, moisture, washing, or cleaning that does not follow the manufacturer’s care instructions.
