Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to offer a refund if your product is faulty. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll refund the full cost of the product, including any return shipping fees. If you’d prefer an exchange, we’ll gladly arrange one, depending on the availability of the same item.

Please bear in mind that because each item is personalised and made to order, we can only accept returns for faulty products — not for changes of mind or personalisation errors provided as entered by the customer.

Items on sale will not be refunded.
