We take great care in producing high-quality personalised baby blankets and accessories. Each item is embroidered, checked, and packaged with attention to detail.

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if the product is confirmed to be defective.

2. What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

Faulty stitching

Incorrect personalisation (only if the error was made by us)

Damage that occurred before the product was delivered

If a product is approved as faulty, we will replace the item (if available in stock) at no additional cost, or provide a refund.

3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or care

Normal wear and tear

Colour fading caused by detergents, sun exposure, or misuse

Shrinkage due to hot water or tumble drying

Damage that occurs after delivery

Any issues resulting from personalisation entered incorrectly by the customer

Personalised products are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

4. Customer Responsibility

All products must be used according to the care instructions provided on the website and/or on the product packaging.
My Little Koala is not responsible for:

Improper handling or misuse of the products

Allergic reactions or sensitivities to textiles or detergents

Any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use the product

All use of our products is at the customer’s own responsibility.
