My Little Koala is an Israeli-based small business specialising in personalised baby blankets and embroidered keepsakes.

2. Use of the Website
By using this website, you confirm that you are either over 18 years old or using the site under parental supervision.
You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the website’s functionality or security.
3. Products & Orders
All products are handmade or customised.
Colours and embroidery may vary slightly due to differences in screen, lighting and fabric. Personalisation details (name, spelling, colour choice, design options) are embroidered exactly as entered by the customer during checkout. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your order.
We cannot take responsibility for incorrect spellings or details submitted by the customer.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received. Because each item is made to order, changes to personalisation details cannot always be guaranteed once production has started. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible at mylittlekoalail@gmail.com. We reserve the right to update product information or prices at any time.
4. Payment, Pricing & Availability
Payments are handled securely through our approved payment provider.
Your personal payment information is never stored by us directly.
Prices are listed in ILS (NIS) and may change without prior notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and provide a replacement option or refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Once a package has been transferred to the delivery company, My Little Koala is not responsible for delays or lost items, but we will always assist where possible.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Each personalised product is made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective upon arrival. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please get in touch with us with photos/videos, within 7 business days of receipt at mylittlekoalail@gmail.com and we’ll gladly assist you.
This serves as our product warranty and applies to embroidery-related issues only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage after use or from washing and drying, snags or pulls in the knit, or incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website, our services, and all products offered by My Little Koala are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
My Little Koala makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
We disclaim any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

Your information is used solely to process your order and communicate with you.
We never share or sell your details to third parties.
